AI solutions that make your business work better.

I help businesses simplify processes, automate repetitive work, and build practical AI tools.

You don't need a finished brief. A frustrating process is a good place to start.

Sound familiar?

When keeping things running becomes a job in itself.

I help you step back, make sense of what's happening, and find a more useful way forward.

  1. 01

The same information gets typed into several spreadsheets.

  2. 02

Important updates disappear into chats and email threads.

  3. 03

Finding the latest status means asking several people.

  4. 04

Your tools no longer fit how your business works.

  5. 05

You know something needs to change, but not where to start.

You may be one right person away from a better way of working.

Modern tools have made it possible to build useful, focused products with a much smaller setup. You don't always need a whole new team to start.

Sometimes you just need someone who can join yours, ask the right questions, and turn what you need into something tangible.

The scope shapes the approach, including where specialist support is needed.

How I help

Three ways we might work on it together.

01

Make sense of the problem

For teams who know something isn't working but need clarity on what to change.

  • Stakeholder conversations
  • Process mapping
  • Identifying bottlenecks
  • Defining requirements
  • Prioritising opportunities

OutputA shared understanding of the problem and a practical next step.

02

Shape and build the solution

For teams ready to turn a clear need into a useful tool.

  • Solution design
  • Prototypes
  • Custom CRMs
  • Internal tools and dashboards
  • Focused product builds

OutputA solution shaped around the people using it.

03

Connect and improve how work flows

For teams whose systems and processes create unnecessary manual work.

  • Reviewing handoffs
  • Integration and automation opportunities
  • Improving information visibility
  • Refining existing workflows

OutputA clearer way to move work and information through the business.

How I work

How we work together.

  1. 1

    Understand

I listen to your team, explore how work happens today, and find where things get stuck.

  2. 2

    Focus

We agree on the problem worth solving and the smallest useful place to start.

  3. 3

    Build

I turn the approach into something tangible, with feedback from the people who'll use it.

  4. 4

    Refine

We test it in your day-to-day work, improve what needs attention, and plan the next step.

A focused project or an ongoing collaboration, depending on what you need.

Process mapping and project management for AI product adoption

Mapping processes and proposing solutions as a large global organisation explored new ways of building with AI. I now manage the solution, design and implementation of some of the AI projects that came out of that mapping.

Client work

An executive hub for a small company

As operations grew, the CEO needed one clear view of the business: money coming in and going out, pending payments, team capacity and leave. I built a hub that pulls in operational information and gives a single place to log expenses, team costs, leave and treasury details, including grants and loans, for the full picture.

About

I've always been drawn to figuring out a better way.

My path into product building started with software programming and a summer job in IT support that became a full-time role. From there, I moved into managing IT support, leading internal projects, and helping teams through changes such as bringing customer information together in Salesforce.

Across those roles, the part I enjoyed most was always the same: talking to people, understanding what they were trying to do, and figuring out a solution.

This website started with the same thought: I'd love to help more people build something useful.

Questions

Good things to ask early.

Let's talk

What would you love to make easier?

Tell me what's taking too much time, getting lost between tools, or making it difficult to see the bigger picture. You don't need to have the solution figured out.
